Express shipping and handling: Express shipping is available to customers who need their products sooner for an extra charge. Under express shipping, it takes 3-7 business days for us to process and dispatch orders. Please allow an extra 3-5 business days for custom stitching orders. 

RETURN POLICY 

We have a generous 7 day no-questions-asked return policy on most products. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will take it back. Please initiate returns by emailing us at help@shopethnos.com within 7 days of delivery.
